Shop Talk Last November Jimmy Vaughn purchased a Buddy Guy Signature amp. Jimmy was looking for an elusive tone that he had heard on old blues recordings. Jimmy found the tone and in his words says, "its a hell of an amp!!!" The new Humbolt head has been a great success for us as it is for players alike. Its a 60 watt head that will go from clean to crunch. It came by way of CBB fans and players looking for a more aggressive rock amp. The new Halsted "LiL Buddy" is also available, its a 18 watt 1x12 combo with a matching cabinet to the Buddy Guy amp. This little amp will sing or scream. Dan Butler
